工作原理 Working Principle
CT-100 浓度测试仪是一种利用气体的热导率差异来检测氮氦混合气体中氦气浓度的装置。
The CT-100 concentration tester is a device that uses the difference in thermal conductivity of gases to detect the concentration of helium in nitrogen-helium mixtures.
不同的混合气体具有不一样的热导率。当混合气体通过传感器时,其热导率的变化会影响传感器的电信号变化,通过对电信号的采集处理,从而精确测量出混合气体中氦气的浓度值。
Different mixed gases have different thermal conductivities. When the mixed gas passes through the sensor, the change in thermal conductivity will affect the electrical signal of the sensor. By collecting and processing the electrical signal, the concentration value of helium in the mixed gas can be accurately measured.

At 0℃, the thermal conductivity of nitrogen is 0.0228 W/(m·K). The thermal conductivity of helium is 0.1440 W/(m·K). At 20℃, the thermal conductivity of nitrogen is approximately 0.0248 W/(m·K). The thermal conductivity of helium is 0.1513 W/(m·K).
温度和压力的变化会导致气体热导率微小波动。CT100 内置温度/压力传感器,会根据不同工况和环境自动修正计算,保证了显示精度的准确性。
Changes in temperature and pressure can cause small fluctuations in gas thermal conductivity. CT100 has built-in temperature/pressure sensors that can be adjusted according to different operating conditions. The automatic correction calculation with the environment ensures the accuracy of display precision.
主要应用于氦检气密测试中混合气体的浓度检测:气密测试漏率值和氦气的浓度息息相关,如果浓度不准确会导致漏率浮动、出现测试异常。
Mainly used in helium air leak test, concentration detection of mixed gases: The leakage rate value of the tightness test is closely related to the concentration of helium gas. If the concentration is inaccurate, it will cause leakage rate fluctuations and test abnormalities.
